SCHEDULE POP-UP REMINDERS

Scheduling time-based pop-up reminders linked to specific cases makes it easy to execute activities on demand (or snooze them for a few more minutes...)  Messages may be snoozed up to three days after the original reminder time.

DRIVE AGENTS TO MAXIMISE PRODUCTIVITY

The Reminder Extension allows you to set case-specific reminders to drive the agents working those cases for ultimate results. Agents can simply open the relevant case from the pop-up notification message.

 
 

AGENTS IN CHARGE AND ON THE GO

The Reminder Extension allows agents to schedule time-based reminders on user and case level. For example, an agent may want to set a reminder to phone a debtor linked to a specific case. The agent need not have that case open to receive the reminder; the pop-up notification message will appear at the scheduled time and a single click is all it takes to open the applicable case in order for the agent to execute the task immediately.
